What We Offer
Wordwell provides a free online platform to help you craft unique wedding speeches, vows, and poems.  We offer guided prompts, editing tools, and resources to support your writing process.

You may use Wordwell to create one (1) wedding speech/toast, and one set of vows or poem/message per user account. This fair use policy ensures everyone has equal access to our tools and resources.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Wordwell AI and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

You remain responsible for the final composition of your speech, vows, or poem. Wordwell AI and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Wordwell AI and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.

‍Severability
